MOSCOW, Mar 2 (PRIME) -- The Finance Ministry plans to offer a swap of 2019, 2020 and 2030 Eurobonds for no more than U.S. $4 billion of bonds of previous issues in 2018, according to the government’s order released on the state portal for legal information on Friday.
This year the ministry plans to offer $3 billion of new Eurobonds and swap up to $4 billion of existing Eurobonds. VTB Capital will act as an organizer.
